Orbitech provides custom software development, web design, and technology consulting services. Because our work is highly customized and involves significant investment of time and expertise, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as described below.

Digital Services Only: All services provided by Orbitech are digital and custom in nature. No physical goods are shipped or delivered.

3. Refund Eligibility

A. Before Work Begins

If you cancel a project before any work has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid, minus any applicable payment processing fees.

B. During an Active Project

Once work has begun, refunds are evaluated based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation:

  • 0–25% completed: Up to 75% of the total project fee may be refunded.
  • 26–50% completed: Up to 50% of the total project fee may be refunded.
  • 51–75% completed: Up to 25% of the total project fee may be refunded.
  • 76–100% completed: No refund will be issued.

The percentage of completion is determined solely by Orbitech based on internal project tracking and deliverables.

C. Completed Projects

Refunds are generally not issued for work that has been fully delivered and accepted. If you believe the final deliverable does not meet the agreed-upon project specifications, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss the issue.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:

  • Third-party costs (e.g., domain registrations, hosting, software licenses, stock assets) paid on your behalf
  • Rush fees or expedited service charges
  • Payment processing fees charged by our payment providers
  • Consulting or strategy sessions that have already been conducted
  • Payments made for completed milestones. Once a milestone’s deliverables have been provided, that portion of the payment is non-refundable, regardless of subsequent project cancellation.

  • The project name and contract/invoice number
  • The reason for your refund request
  • Supporting documentation, if applicable (e.g., screenshots, written agreement references)

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a decision within 10 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your financial institution but typically take 5–10 business days after approval.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Orbitech does not guarantee specific business outcomes, performance metrics, revenue increases, search engine rankings, or third-party platform approvals (e.g., app store or payment processor approvals) as a result of our services, unless such guarantees are explicitly stated in a signed written agreement between the parties.

Results vary based on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, client-side implementation, and third-party platform policies.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By engaging our services, you agree to contact Orbitech directly at [email protected] to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution or payment processor.

We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns promptly and in good faith. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in the immediate suspension of any ongoing services and may be disputed with supporting documentation of services rendered.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our decision regarding your refund, we encourage you to contact us to seek an amicable resolution. We are committed to fair and transparent communication and will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes professionally.

Any unresolved disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
